1.安裝位(wei)臵 只(zhi)有當滿管時才能獲得準確的測量,要(yao)避免以下安裝位(wei)臵:
(1)管(guan)道Z高點(易聚積(ji)氣泡);
(2)直接向下的(de)(de)管線的(de)(de)敞開出口前;
(3)泵的(de)入口側(防(fang)止抽壓(ya)而造成的(de)對(dui)流(liu)量(liang)管襯(chen)里的(de)破壞);
(4)有殘渣聚(ju)積(ji)的(de)場合和排水(shui)管(guan)的(de)Z低點(安(an)裝(zhuang)一個清潔閥)。
2.安裝(zhuang)方位(wei) Z適宜的(de)(de)(de)方位(wei)可幫助避免氣體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)累積和測(ce)(ce)量管(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)殘渣存積。垂(chui)直安裝(zhuang)、流體(ti)(ti)自下而上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)位(wei)臵為(wei)*方位(wei)。若(ruo)為(wei)水平安裝(zhuang),測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)極平面必(bi)須水平,這樣可以防(fang)止由于夾帶的(de)(de)(de)氣泡(pao)而產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)極短時(shi)間絕緣。空管(guan)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)功能(neng)僅當測(ce)(ce)量裝(zhuang)臵為(wei)水平安裝(zhuang)及變(bian)送器外殼向(xiang)上(shang)時(shi)能(neng)正確(que)工作。
3.振(zhen)動 如(ru)果振(zhen)動劇烈,注意支撐管(guan)道和傳感器(qi);若(ruo)振(zhen)動非常劇烈應將傳感器(qi)和變送器(qi)分開(kai)安裝。不(bu)允(yun)許利(li)用外框(kuang)(kuang)承住傳感器(qi)的(de)重量,這會使外框(kuang)(kuang)變形并破壞內部勵磁(ci)線(xian)圈。
4.出(chu)入(ru)口直(zhi)管(guan)段 安裝(zhuang)傳感(gan)器(qi)時(shi)要盡量避免閥門、三通、彎頭等組(zu)件(jian),與他們(men)之(zhi)間的(de)距離(li)應能保證所需(xu)的(de)進口和出(chu)口直(zhi)管(guan)段以確(que)保測量精度:入(ru)口長(chang)度≥5DN,出(chu)口長(chang)度≥2DN。
三(san)、電氣(qi)連接 1. 變送器(qi)(qi)的(de)密封(feng) 因(yin)為電磁(ci)流(liu)量計(ji)變送器(qi)(qi)腔(qiang)體內的(de)電路板極易(yi)受到如水、潮濕(shi)氣(qi)體、腐蝕(shi)性氣(qi)體等(deng)的(de)腐蝕(shi)而損壞,所以電纜入線口必須要(yao)(yao)加上電纜密封(feng)套,易(yi)燃易(yi)爆(bao)場所還(huan)要(yao)(yao)滿足相應的(de)防爆(bao)要(yao)(yao)求,這一(yi)點要(yao)(yao)特別注意(yi)。
! 注:密封(feng)性不(bu)好極易造成電路(lu)板(ban)損壞! 2. 電纜(lan)敷設及(ji)接(jie)線 (1)供(gong)電電纜(lan)的導線截面積Z大不(bu)超過2.5mm2 ,供(gong)電電源:85…260V AC,20…55V AC,16…62V DC。端子:L1對AC,L+對DC; 端子NO.2:N對AC,L-對DC。不(bu)能接(jie)入380V交(jiao)流電源。
