普通型熱電阻介紹
它的主要特點是測量精(jing)度高,性能穩定。其中(zhong)鉑熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的測量精(jing)確度是最高的,它不(bu)僅(jin)廣泛應用(yong)于工業(ye)測溫,而且被制(zhi)成標準(zhun)的基準(zhun)儀。熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)大都由純金(jin)屬材料(liao)(liao)制(zhi)成,應用(yong)最多(duo)的是鉑和(he)(he)銅,此外,已開(kai)始采(cai)用(yong)鎳(nie)、錳和(he)(he)銠等(deng)材料(liao)(liao)制(zhi)造熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)。金(jin)屬熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)常用(yong)的感溫材料(liao)(liao)種(zhong)類較(jiao)多(duo),常用(yong)的是鉑絲。

安(an)裝注意(yi)
1、熱電阻應盡量垂(chui)(chui)直裝(zhuang)在水(shui)平(ping)或垂(chui)(chui)直管(guan)道上,安裝(zhuang)時應有保護套管(guan),以(yi)方便(bian)檢修和更換。
2、測量管道(dao)內溫度(du)時,元件(jian)長度(du)應(ying)在(zai)管道(dao)中心線上(shang)(即保(bao)護管插入深度(du)應(ying)為管徑的(de)一(yi)半)。
3、溫(wen)度動圈表安(an)裝(zhuang)時(shi),開(kai)孔尺(chi)寸要(yao)合適,安(an)裝(zhuang)要(yao)美觀大方(fang)。
4、高溫區使用耐高溫電纜或(huo)耐高溫補償線。
5、要(yao)根據不同的溫(wen)度選擇(ze)不同的測量元件(jian)。一般測量溫(wen)度小(xiao)于(yu)400℃時選擇(ze)熱電阻。
6、接線要合理美觀,表針指示要正確。
